About Lucy, our CCO (Chief Cooling Officer)
Lucy is the Your Choice Air Conditioning office team’s pint-sized canine companion, enjoying the role of Chief Cooling Officer (CCO) with us. When she’s not attending meetings or approving air conditioning systems, she’s monitoring customer calls with the cool customer service team.
They say that good things come in small packages: Lucy comes in at just 37 cm high and weighs 3.4 kg. She’s five years old and is a Leo, and when she’s not working, Lucy’s hobbies include walks on the beach, chasing lizards and birds in the park, snuggles on the couch, chewing on a toy, or snoozing in her basket at the office.

Rather than dealing with different people at every stage of the process, you’ll have a central point of contact who’ll keep you updated on your install, answer our questions, and help you choose the right split or ducted cooling solution for your home or business.
Cooling Consultants
Although we provide an easy range of packages to choose from, we want you to have a split or ducted air conditioning system that suits your home or business. If you don’t get the right size system, it costs you more on your power bill and won’t keep you cool enough. That’s why we offer an in-home or on-site visit from our cooling system consultants. Our consultants will visit your home or business and advise on the best choice of package to suit your space, cooling needs and budget.
Your Installation Team
Our installers are trusted, experienced cooling and electrical installers we’ve been working with locally for years. They know your time is precious so they show up on time, or we’ll let you know if they’ll be late for any reason. Plus, after they’ve finished their work, they clean up after themselves (unlike a lot of other tradies ). While they’re on-site, our installers will answer your questions and train you on how to get the best from your new system.
